UNREAL ASSET PACKS

Our exclusive Unreal asset packs can be found at the Unreal Marketplace: Unreal.Displaying.xyz.

Open your Unreal Settings > Plugins, search for "Bink" and enable "Bink Media".
You will have to restart Unreal after enabling it.

Your FUI_Screens folder under Content contains your installed Material pack.

The _Master_Files folder contain your parent materials and placeholders. Every material in your pack is an instance of one of these parent materials.

Each pack contains four folders, each with the same 50 assets in four different formats and resolutions:

  • Bink_HighRes: Bink video materials in 1080P resolution.
  • Bink_LowRes: Bink video materials in 512px resolution.
  • Sprite_Sheet_8K: Flipbook materials, each frame is 512x512px.
  • Sprite_Sheet_4K: Flipbook materials, each frame is 256x256px.

You are welcome to delete any of these four folders that you are not using, as it will not have any impact on the other folders.

Each of these four folders contains both Materials and Textures. Bink Folders also contain a Movies sub-folder with all your Bink videos in it.

The Materials folder is where you can find pre-made materials that you can drag and drop onto objects.

If you only need textures and not pre-made materials, you can use the Textures folder.

You can change each material's parent to make it additive or opaque.

For Bink materials:
  • Master_Bink_Material: Opaque material
  • Master_Bink_Material_Additive: Additive material
For Sprite Sheet materials:
  • Master_Flipbook_Material: Opaque material
  • Master_Flipbook_Material_Additive: Additive material

You can also increase or decrease each material's emissive brightness, making it more or less intense.

If you want to preview your animated material, click on the top-left corner down arrow in your material viewport and check the "Realtime" box. You can also hit CTRL+R on your keyboard to toggle live preview.

Our materials are designed to be easily applied to any object in Unreal by simply dragging and dropping. While most of them work best on rectangular or square planes, they can be applied to a variety of shapes.
Our animated textures have been set to seamlessly and indefinitely loop.
